Uncharted Network operates at the intersection of algorithmic finance, digital assets, and regulated capital markets — and our legal function needs to be as sophisticated as the products we build. As Legal Counsel, you will provide multi-jurisdictional advice on digital-asset structuring, UNT token governance, investor agreements, and regulatory compliance across MiCA, MiFID II, and the evolving global framework for private investment portals. You will work directly with the founding team and external counsel to ensure every product decision is legally defensible and every investor communication meets our disclosure standards. This is a high-ownership role where legal strategy and business strategy are the same conversation.
